We’re nine months into 2017 has been a very busy year for all of us here at Storage Solutions, but we are not complaining. Being busy means there are a lot of exciting opportunities popping up, and not only for us but for our customers too! One of our exciting opportunities is that we are growing, and you know what that means, new employees! Today we would like to give a warm welcome to Amanda Becker. Amanda is joining the team as an Office Coordinator. Before joining the SSI Team, Amanda lived in Michigan where she attended Kalamazoo Valley Community College.

Amanda is responsible for many things as Office Coordinator such as; preparing project schedule’s, budgets, and reports, communicating the project status to all internal and external stakeholders, and auditing invoices. Our customers enjoy working with Amanda because she always ensures that their needs are met as the project evolves.

When Amanda is not at work, you’ll most likely find her outdoors. She enjoys kayaking, wakeboarding and spending time with her friends and family.

New Employee Spotlight: Andrew Goebes

It’s been an exciting summer at Storage Solutions as our team continues to expand! We are excited to welcome Andrew Goebes, who joins our team as a Project Manager. Andrew has six years of project management in another industry and is looking forward to developing into material handling. Here at SSI, he will be responsible for managing all the in’s and out’s of a project to ensure they’re delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Andrew has credited the helpfulness of everyone on the Storage Solutions team as the best part about working at SSI so far.  He says, “knowing that everyone has a vested interest in your success make seeking help that much easier as ‘the new guy’.”  He is eager to take ownership on his own projects and become a contributing member of the team.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with friends and family, and cruising in his 1967 Mustang Fastback (though he tries to avoid getting stuck behind slow drivers though… it’s his biggest pet peeve). His favorite holiday is Thanksgiving because he believes there’s nothing better than being surrounded by family and great food.

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again…we LOVE welcoming new people to our team! Today, we would like to introduce the newest addition to the Storage Solutions family, Steve Ponsler. Steve is joining our sales and business development teams.

Meet Storage Solutions Employee: Lauren Nigro

You know what they say… TWO is better than one.  And we couldn’t agree more!

In a matter of a week, our marketing team has doubled as we add our second new employee!  We’re excited to introduce you to the most recent addition to our Storage Solutions team, Lauren Nigro.  Lauren brings a journalism degree and business marketing experience to the table as she takes on a Marketing & Inside Sales position.  You can find her keeping busy blogging, interacting with our Facebook fans, and keeping tabs on the Twitter-sphere among other things.  Here’s what you should know about Lauren…

Fun Fact:  I love traveling! I spent a summer in Italy, a month in Venezuela and I will be heading to Greece next month!
