SOLUTIONS ENGINEER
A solutions engineer will assist our sales force to support customers in meeting their business goals through automation project design. Solutions are developed utilizing customer data analysis, material handling system design, simulation, site visits and customer direction. This role allows you to work with some of the latest technologies in the ever-changing material handling field including robotics, mobile robotics, autonomous vehicles, AGV’s, and more with a goal of strengthening customer relationships & providing additional revenue opportunities to the company. The solutions engineer will be responsible for the system design and presenting that design to the customer within our flexible selling team. Reporting to the Vice President of Solutions Engineering, the Solutions Engineering Associate will play a vital role in developing & delivering training on solutions development to the sales & sales support teams.

This position will be a contributor to assisting the sales & sales support teams in developing project solutions to deliver to customers. INSTALLATION CREW MEMBER – WESTFIELD, INDIANA
We are seeking an Installation Crew Member in order to meet growing customer demands. Previous background and/or experience is not required – we’ll train you.
The position will be installing and dismantling warehouse distribution equipment. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and work independently as well as with groups.
