The customer needed us to collaborate with their corporate headquarters in Japan to come up with the most efficient facility layout. We were able to provide storage mediums for full pallet, partial pallet, small parts and floor storage.
We installed pallet rack, narrow aisle guide rail, rivet shelving, shelving bins, warehouse signage and floor striping.
