Project Spotlight: Pallet Rack Installation for Parts Distribution Center in Midwest

Project Spotlight Racking

A valued client approached us with the need to outfit their new parts distribution center in the Midwest. Over the course of six weeks, our team worked Monday-Saturday with 12-hour days to make sure this project fit our client’s timeline. We used a custom design to optimize their storage utilization to account for a variety of uniquely shaped materials.

Our team also used a mix of both new and used pallet rack to keep costs down while maintaining a quick turnaround. This project required four different bay profiles featuring mostly selective rack, though carton flow was required for one small portion of the inventory.

Check out more photos below. If you have any pallet rack installation needs, give us a call today!
