Her work in Q1 is already setting the foundation for meaningful improvements in Salesforce that will carry through the rest of the year. I’ve also had several team leaders reach out to share how much they appreciate her support, which speaks to both her impact and how she approaches her work. What makes this even more impressive is that she has accomplished all of this while continuing to support our MODEX 2026 event planning efforts. To make this kind of contribution so early in a new role is incredibly impressive. McKenzie has had a strong start to the year, and I’m excited to see the continued impact she’ll have as we move forward.”

Nerio Martinez, Senior Controls EngineerNerio was assigned as the Electrical Engineer for a small upgrade at an existing customer’s facility. After completing the work and receiving customer sign-off, he left the site confident the system was operating as expected. The following day, however, a production line in the area where he had been working unexpectedly went down. While away from home, Nerio received the call and, assuming the issue might be related to his work, immediately headed back to the site without hesitation. Understanding that downtime is costly for our customers, he took extraordinary steps to ensure the system could be restored as quickly as possible. Realizing he did not have his laptop with him, Nerio arranged for it to be Ubered from his home to the jobsite coordinating with a friend to hand it off so it would arrive at the same time he did. Ultimately, the issue was determined not to be related to his work and was resolved with a simple repair. However, Nerio’s sense of ownership, urgency, and willingness to think outside the box truly exemplify our commitment to customer success. His actions ensured the customer experienced minimal disruption, and we couldn’t be more proud of the dedication and professionalism he demonstrated.”
