This position will be an integral part of the sales support team, going on calls as necessary, assisting in preparing presentations, developing the best solution for a particular client based on a needs analysis, developing proposals, and managing projects and key accounts as directed. This position will work closely with Project Managers, Project Coordinators and Salespeople.
ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER
This entry-level position will be an integral part of the sales support team, going on calls as necessary, assisting in preparing presentations, developing the best solution for a particular client based on a needs analysis, developing proposals, and managing low complexity projects and key accounts as directed. This position will work closely with Project Managers, Senior Project Managers and Salespeople.
SENIOR SOLUTIONS ENGINEER
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Automated Solutions, the Senior Solutions Engineer will be responsible for the design of automated systems and presenting that design to the Customer. This position will assist Customers in meeting their business goals through automation solution design. Solutions are developed utilizing data analysis, material handling system design, simulation, site visits and customer direction. This role allows you to work with some of the latest technologies in the ever-changing material handling field including robotics, mobile robotics, autonomous vehicles, AGV’s, and more with a goal of strengthening customer relationships & providing additional revenue opportunities to the company.

PAYROLL COORDINATOR
The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for managing and processing payroll for Storage Solutions using Paylocity as our HRIS system. This role involves overseeing weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for all employees. The Payroll Coordinator will work closely with HR, finance, and other departments to maintain payroll integrity and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
FREIGHT BROKER
We are seeking a motivated Freight Broker to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will play an essential role in maintaining smooth, efficient transportation operations for our sales teams. In this role, you will take full ownership of managing shipments from start to finish, overseeing each step from order generation through delivery. You’ll also be responsible for building strong relationships with carriers and collaborating closely with our sales teams, negotiating competitive rates, and leveraging technology to ensure seamless freight operations.
AUTOMATION PROJECT MANAGER
The PM is independently responsible for the detailed implementation of intralogistics projects including costs, quality and time. This includes all trades and interfaces in their entirety. Responsible for all phases from signing of the contract to acceptance of the system by the customer. Supported by Engineering and other technical departments in fulfilling this role. The PM is also responsible for customer satisfaction.
MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN
Storage Solutions is an established company in the Material Handling Industry. We are currently seeking applicants for the position of Mechanical Technician in Nashville, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Kansas City and Indianapolis. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with initiative to supplement our growing team. Travel Required.
SHUTTLE DRIVER
We are seeking a reliable Shuttle Driver to transport passengers to and from various job sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and comfortable travel experience for 5-6 passengers.
SOLUTIONS ENGINEERING INTERN – SPRING 2025/ SUMMER 2025 / FALL 2025
This position will be a contributor to assisting the sales & sales support teams in developing project solutions to deliver to customers. Solutions are to be developed utilizing customer data analysis, site visits, or customer direction with the goal of strengthening customer relationships & providing additional revenue opportunities to the company. Reporting to the Director of Solutions Engineering & the EVP of Sales, the Solutions Engineering Intern will contribute to overall company success while gaining valuable work experience.
INSTALLATION CREW LEADER – (LOCATIONS VARY)
Storage Solutions, INC is currently accepting applications for an on-site installation supervisor. The on-site installation supervisor must be a strong and effective leader, committed to safe and efficient project completion.
INSTALLATION CREW MEMBER – WESTFIELD, INDIANA
We are seeking an Installation Crew Member in order to meet growing customer demands. Previous background and/or experience is not required – we’ll train you.
The position will be installing and dismantling warehouse distribution equipment. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and work independently as well as with groups.
