What Does SmartGuard UV Deliver?

Smartguard UV offers a fully-autonomous UV disinfection solution for many distribution center environments including lunch/break rooms, packing areas, pick modules or forward pick areas, and office/entry spaces. Any area where there is a relative concentration of people working or foot traffic is a good candidate.

Each robot offers quick disinfection with minimal downtime and can disinfect from 2,400 to 3,800 square feet of space in an eight-hour shift. Once completed, the area is able to be used by employees as soon as the UV lamps are off.

The operating system runs on FetchCore, a cloud-based platform developed by AMR industry leader Fetch Robotics. This level of on-demand automation allows the devices to be deployed in hours, without the need for infrastructure changes or integrated hardware updates.

Smartguard UV’s lights have motion sensors for automatic shut off to prevent accidental UV exposure to your employees and our robots have obstacle detection sensors to ensure safe transport when moving between areas. It does not use hazardous materials like mercury (included in other UV lamps) or toxic chemicals utilized by foggers.
