Content Marketing Manager

Storage Solutions is looking to hire a marketing manager to be responsible for content strategy and execution. If you love creating high-quality and engaging content and driving business success with it, we want you on our team!

The content marketing manager will spearhead the development and implementation of our team’s content strategy. This includes building a content calendar, creating a writing process and delivery strategy, contributing to social media posts, and ultimately, crafting interesting and well-researched content that drives traffic and engages site visitors.

The ideal candidate will collaborate across functions to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives in the most efficient manner. This person will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment, manage several projects at once, and work closely with internal personnel, third-party vendors, and sales prospects. OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES

Produce high-quality articles, white papers, blogs, press releases, email marketing messages, case studies, presentation content, and web copy
Continuously measure and improve content performance; create reports leveraging Google Analytics, Salesforce, and social media analytics tools
Build and maintain an editorial calendar and written guidelines
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges in order to build a more effective editorial calendar
Work closely with senior leaders, marketing teammates, and other departments to create effective communications strategies that articulate our company’s core benefits properly and consistently

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s or Master’s in marketing, communications, journalism, or related discipline
4+ years of content marketing or direct copywriting experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to develop, organize, and maintain process documentation
Ability to create, update, and maintain training documents
Experience with Salesforce and WordPress strongly preferred
Experience/consistent performance in a deadline-oriented environment due to tight time restraints and volume of work
Ability to manage multiple projects and juggle priorities

WORK CONDITIONS

Overtime might be required when needed
